Just after placing an order online we spotted one more item that we would have liked to include in our order, so I called customer service. They added the additional item but when I requested an email confirming the ordering & payment of the additional item I was told that this may not be possible. When I said that I insisted on some kind of confirmation he said 'asked nicely'!? An inappropriate and condescending comment to my insisting that I do need some kind of confirmation of the order placed and payment taken.

Had trouble ordering on-line. Customer service helper was able to confirm order not completed and happy to place order straight away. Many thanks.

A Good Experience
The representative who helped me was knowledgeable and extremely patient as I wasn’t sure about the sizing and the difference between two sweaters which looked exactly the same in the catalogue. He was very efficient and explained the small difference between the sweaters which helped me choose the best sweater to wear with my silk shirts. He also helped locate a type of cashmere on Pure’s website.
Pure is the best quality of cashmere I’ve found at an affordable price. With other companies, the product doesn’t hold up and the cashmere begins to pill after only a few wearings.

I had difficulty buying a skirt on website (I am a seasoned web shopper) so phoned Pure. I spoke to a v nice person called Tracy who
was most helpful & within minutes I had purchased the skirt I wanted. Hopefully it will fit me now & there will be a happy ending to my story!!

This is the 2nd pair of linen trousers I have purchased due to the great quality and fit. Items received within 3 days of ordering and refund processed in same time (purchased the £1.99 prepaid postage as I ordered differing sizes for fit). Would definitely buy again.

I ordered a lovely linen dress from Pure but it looked like a sack on my body! I returned it & sadly not received a refund to date. I emailed to complain & was told refunds are delayed. Really????? I wish I had read some of these reviews before purchasing.
